Poor Disney
She has a hematoma in her ear. It was caused by an ear infection, then her shaking her head & breaking the blood vessels. It is about an inch thick and 2 inches long. It will go down over time with scar tissue developing, or we could pay for the surgery. I think we are going with option 1 for now...poor Disney, she is such a goofy dog and now she will have a goofy ear to go along with it!

I had a dog that got that once. We had the surgery for her and then she looked even sillier with her head wrapped up in guaze, one ear in one ear out! Hope she feels better!
Awwww poor Disney! Hope she's OK! Any update?
oh, NO! poor doggie! guess what?!? her boyfriend bo has an ear infection, too! he's had it for several weeks, but we just kept cleaning it and thinking whatever it was would go away. he's on antibiotics twice a day right now, too. tell disney we hope she feels better soon and that we still love her, even with her goofy ear!
