Have I told ya'll lately how GREAT Miss Emmy Lu is? It is amazing, her daily report cards come back home with the words "great, wonderful, fantastic!" I know I could exaggerate, but I'm not. The teachers tell us what a great listener she is, they are impressed with her coloring (circle like shapes & coloring IN the lines), and she is making friends (specifically Rebecca and Leigha). At home, she is so content and such a joy. She eats most of our food (although, she loves pasta - we drove up to Johnny Carinos the other night and she said "Yumm" and patted her belly), barely watches TV, loves her books, colors and besst of all the dogs are her best friends. We couldn't ask for a better 1 1/2 year old!!
Emmy's reading her Halloween book from Memaw almost every night. She calls the witch "Momma" (taught to her by Daddy) and calls the Vampire "Daddy" (she came up with that on her own)!

Surprising enough, the girl likes to clean. Notice the pledge bottle? If I am cleaning, she doesn't get the chemicals (Pledge), but I happily hand her a rag or paper towel. Right now - easy entertainment, Future - chores!!

Emmy went to her first hockey game last weekend in Cedar Park. The minor league below the Dallas Stars, named the Texas Stars, played their exhibition game. We went with my friend Jeff and his family and had a good time with Melissa and Eli. It was extra exciting, because this arena was James' first project as a PM!
Emmy is having fun in her doggy rain coat! I bought it thinking she may never wear it - wrong! We got 4 inches of rain on Saturday!

Like father like daughter. Emmy playing with James' radio.

Momma and Emmy rocking outside.

Momma and Daisy.

Emmy LOVES her dogs!

One of Emmy's fun games. Horsey!

Emmy wearing her cute little Halloween outfit. Once again, an outfit I was worried she wouldn't be able to wear much because of the sleeves and pants. Nope, we've been cool enough on certain days!

Before the cool front, sporting the sun glasses. Emmy loves to play with our sunglasses.

I like this picture of Disney, even if James' foot is in the way!
